Use steam name not origin name?

Can i use my steam name in game? i play the game through steam but its taken my origin name

No, unless you manually change it to match the steam nickname and it is not occupied already.

even if you start via steam the game is using a origin thin client in backgroud

also on the shop page is mentioned that the game needs an origin account

Battlefield games use EA account (which is used in Origin client). So it will identify you by your nickname set there. It's a little annoying if you are a hardcore STEAM user, but at least you don't have to create strange accounts for multiple games and everything Battlefiled related is in one place.
