1942, 2, Heroes, 2142, Bad Company 2, the best and arguably true to the name. Battlefield games. (minus Heroes ofc but was good still)

I would rate BC2 above BF4 and BF3. Yes, 4 and 3 are greater technical achievements and expand what is possible in a game, but BC2 was the most well-crafted imo.

Never played 1942 or BF2. I really enjoyed BFBC2 a lot, this got me into the franchise. Played 3 and 4. I really think the Portal is alone a great part of this game. You can really make a "battlefield" of your imagination. Maps that are needed Metro, Operation Locker. BFBC2 Vietnam maps. ♥♥♥♥...give us all the maps!

Rush on the 2042 maps, feels a lot more like Battlefield, it's roots are there. I am enjoying this game a lot, and I'm not really a shooter game player.

For me it's BF3 > BF4 > BFBC2 > BF2 > BF Vietnam, 2042 doesn't even belong remotely close on the list.

Guaranteed you havent played 99% of the games you listed

and why would you assume so? i am in my 30s, true i havent played bf online, play4free and heroes but at this point mario kart is a better bf than 2042
