I have an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, maybe that's causing problems, I dunno...
What are you doing that this guy isn't? I mean are you playing at all low settings at 1080p? No stuttering at all? I'm gonna say you are not running the game "flawless". I have yet to see a video or benchmark of anyone running the game in a non stuttering state.

This. High ping players are a huge problem. Dudes are just warping in front of me, and I have 10/10 internet connection. 128 players in a match yes, but at what cost?
Ah yes nothing screams excellent performance like a solid 58 fps, high frame time and not even half of your GPU being used. Kind of embarrassed for you that you posted that as proof of the game running well.
My 2080ti runs like crap in comparison with the same CPUs.
It's literally my job, so I just have tons of components laying around.
Fact of the matter is: this game is CPU orientated and utilizes CPU over GPU. DICE didn't want players becoming overwhelmed right after a GPU 'shortage' earlier this year and decided to utilize CPU priority. When this game initially released BETA 'recommendations', the RTX 2060 was displayed. Suddenly, the 3060 is the new 'recommended' card. They pulled this slight-of-hand last minute because they themselves knew how unoptimized this game was for GPUs and wanted it to appear like their benchmark was normal when it wasn't.
This is the same 'team' who made Battlefield V so expect lies.
Time to update to DDR4. Just buy two 16 sticks with a board capable of 3200 - 4000mhz -it's super cheap.
