where do i pre-load the game?

where do i pre-load the game after it becomes pre-loadable? do i do it in steam? if so how? do i do it on origin? if so how? or is it automatic? if it is not can i make it automatic? and if i can how to toggle it?

does it become like available to download or something? cause for me it says i can download it in november 20th even though i bought the ultimate edition

My guess is that they'll add a separate beta client to the library before the pre-loading starts.
