OK, I collected the gas can and the wrench, and a coin. Now what? There doesn't seem to be anywhere to go. I can't reach the upper stairs, and I have no idea how I'm supposed to use the items I picked up. Am I supposed to use the items I picked up? Where are the instructions/tips/guides?! Ridiculous.
