I'm guessing it's got something to do with that room with all the locked up zombies and the electric grenade? How do I get to it?

Still can't figure this out, maybe this has something to do with lowering those metal gates around the game some how? I think Kay has an expiration date. If you don't save her before certain part of the game then she's gone.

never mind found the answer on Bilibili. Apparently the crate can be moved between the table and a cork board blocked by the camera angle. And you can walk on the cork board across.
