Issues with OBS and Vsync

Just a heads up to the dev team on something I noticed after streaming the game on Twitch. If I have Vsync on and OBS (even if it's running, not even streaming or recording) then the framerate drops to about 40-45 FPS and rarely goes up to 60. If I disable vsync I get 110 FPS easily. If I go into my NVIDIA settings I can turn on vsync in the card's settings and it runs fine.

This is really a problem only streamers will have, but as it's related to optimization I thought I'd let y'all know.

That said, I'm totally loving the game. Such a blast, and the soundtrack is amazing!
