Overall, I enjoy the demo and looking forward to the full version.
We didn't feel it was neither too easy nor too hard; just right.
Looking forward to the full release and spending double bucks on it
Also kuddos to my sister who found the mask! Don't know if it was an easter egg but that was a nice touch!
I don't play games multiplayer, I don't have friends like that. My husband is older and not a gamer, and I am a mom in my 30s so I don't have people to play stuff with. I enjoy games for being able to take a break from my life and engross myself in rich worlds and stories and solving puzzles... and I feel like all of the Rusty Lake games led up to this, for me to not be able to play it.
I clung to some type of hope that there would be an option to play single or multiplayer, but there isn't. It's purely multiplayer and now I can not play or finish the next part of the story and that SUCKS. I'm so disappointed and bummed about it, I've been eagerly awaiting this game since it was announced.
Ugh. So that's my feelings on the demo :(
In the exact same boat.
have you tried playing player b?
I do have one change/accessibility request for your consideration:
In Player B, there is a sound reminiscent of ringing for those who suffer from tinnitus. My partner had to mute the game to be able to play. When we switched sides, I found the sound quite distracting as well. I hope it could be removed in the full game or at least be given the option to remove that particular sound (or any similar ringing sounds) without affecting the gameplay or puzzles. Thank you!
Next to this, the demo is now also available on mobile (feel free to try cross-platform play)
