Escalation! Play Diary. (Contains tagged spoilers.)

Disclaimer: On advice from attorney Frankie "Fine Print" Lymann, much of this play diary is the work of fiction and is written and published for entertainment purposes only. (Case in point: Ol' Il Pallino has been doing lots of work around the house and yard before having purchased Escalation!, and also happens to be too much of a switch to ever want to be either a full time dom or sub.)

(Note: Unless otherwise noted, scenes were all played one day at a time due to intensity and the need to observe certain thoughts.)

(Another note: The entire play diary failed to fit Steam's constraints, so the post will be broken up into numerous parts.)

Upon purchasing: I thoroughly enjoyed the demo prior to release. Escalation! looks kinkier than Hiromi's ending in Beach Bounce, yet appears nowhere near as cheap or as nasty as Strange Passion - My Boss, My Mistress. (Note: The link is to my review, not the store page; DON'T TOUCH THAT GAME WITH A FLAGPOLE!!)

Scene One:

The main character mentions his super-hot girlfriend and how he's unable to get off through the normal act of sexual intercourse, and after nearly six months that the girlfriend should be the dominant partner. I chuckle at first and wonders what sort of (presumably straight) man is this way, which makes me realize how I'm not frequently dating and making it with women, but I suppress this revelation when Saki orders the protagonist to get naked and lay down on all fours so the girlfriend can remove her boots after walking around and clubbing. The kinkiness begins to excite me, only to make me further excited when Saki calls the protagonist names like ♥♥♥♥♥ and slut.

When Saki and the protagonist go into the living room so the protagonist can massage Saki's legs, my mind shifts from kinkiness to wondering if any of the graphics programmers from Autobahn Police Simulator 2 also did the graphics to Escalation! with the way the leash to the protagonist's collar bleeds-through both the couch and Saki's leg. (At least neither of the characters bleed through the camera like in either Autobahn Police Simulator 2 and MMA Manager!)

Saki eventually goes on to make coy remarks about the protagonist's, ahem, junk, which strangely enough, interests me. The protagonist later receives his reward by getting to smell Saki's black nylon stocking-clad feet and a foot job... Not having any kind of a foot fetish, I immediately see myself wanting to be in this position, but instead to a certain exciting woman. I go to bed shortly after playing and have a dream in which I'm totally naked and a certain exciting woman is standing before me fully dressed in a conservative manner, and makes teasing remarks about how "happy" I look in spite of the fact she's fully dressed and didn't even do anything.

Scenes Two & Three:

I take a break from doing yardwork when it starts raining to play Escalation! again. While achievements seem pointless for a kinetic visual novel, I start wonder if there'll ever be market items for Escalation! Saki backgrounds and flogger emoticons are certainly useful, but I really just want a badge for this game to show off on my profile. I look at my Steam profile and begin to wonder if I should change my user name to Saki's Slave, or keep it Italian and go with patetico schiavo maschio. (Thank you to IlGrigio™ for the Italian lesson.)

Shortly into Scene Two, the protagonist's unpixelated bare butt is seen for the first time, and totally lacking in body hair, it makes me realize how disgusting I look with body hair, but still I decide to continue Escalation! just for the sake of trying to finish what was started before going to take a shower. The scene starts with the protagonist being tied up with a special bondage rope, and the significance of "safe, sane, and consensual" is mentioned, making Escalation! much more realistic beyond just having a female-led relationship. Once tied up in bed, the protagonist is treated to a scene of wax play featuring a special fetish candle in which the wax melts at a dramatically lower temperature so that the submissive isn't burned by scalding hot wax. Without ever having any sort of interest in this particular fetish, it immediately goes onto my list of things to try once it's safe to be out in public after the threat of COVID-19 is no more after the main character gets a bit too "happy," and makes me wonder if the same thing would happen to me from getting punished by a babe wearing an outfit made of PVC that shows lots of skin. After playing, I take my shower, and set about removing every strand of hair I can locate beneath my eyelashes. Except for having the gut of a middle-aged male, I look and feel like someone who should be collared and bossed around by a kinky, dominant woman.

Scene Four:

It now dawns on ol' Il Pallino how self-centered and tacky it was to refer to himself in the first person when originally writing this review, and thinks about how he needs a strong, confident woman to correct such disgusting behavior. This pathetic male slave (the one writing the review, not the game's protagonist) thinks to themself about how they were once confronted by a triggered snowflake over a review for Transport INC and how that other pathetic male should play Escalation! so that they can learn their place in life, and will no longer act whiny and melodramatic due to their toxic masculine personality traits.

This pathetic male slave gets naked upon starting Escalation! to get the maximum sensation of playing, and immediately becomes happy at what Saki has planned after work. The session begins with the protagonist fully erect with his hands behind his head while Saki flogs him with a cat-o-nine tails. The protagonist takes the pain, only it's baffling didn't ask for more punishment, but after some aftercare, Saki proves how much she loves the protagonist by saying how he's the only person she can be excited by dominating, thus proving what is true love. The protagonist has a reward in store, only this pathetic male slave needs to stop reading for the day.

Scenes Five & Six:

To better get the full Escalation! experience, this pathetic male slave purchases a collar and leash to wear, and becomes happy doing housework while nude and collared just like the protagonist. (Both literally happy and happy "down there.") The "reward" for the protagonist involves being attached to a St. Andrew's Cross and blindfolded with red marks all over his chest and looking his happiest. The reward scene was hot and made hotter by Aruha Kotone's voice acting, and the scene ends with both the protagonist and this pathetic male slave doing the same thing, but the difference being that one has to quit for the night to record these experiences and get back to cleaning.

Scene Seven:

COVID-19 better be gone soon, because the need for a special woman to beat, tease, and humiliate this pathetic male slave has only gotten stronger, and all of the dominant women who work either over the phone or online all costs money. (The femdoms working for free probably have their hands full with other pathetic male slaves.)

Scene eight:

After doing yet more housekeeping, the reward of playing Escalation! comes. The scene starts out with trampling by Saki with the protagonist tied up on the ground and blindfolded. Being made to beg for mercy while licking a woman's footwear was likely disgusting to this pathetic male slave prior to playing Escalation!, but this scene immediately ends up on the to-do list after the protagonist climaxes with little urging.

Scene Nine:

Mmmmmmmmmmm.... Being lead around in public on a collar. This pathetic male slave wishes they could be as lucky as the main character. It's a turn-off seeing the protagonist forgetting to thank Saki before licking Saki's boots clean. Female feet and footwear both immediately become exciting. Maybe Escalation has subliminal messages? All this pathetic male slave knows, is that they're happier than ever, more excited than ever, and are noticing things about superior woman that were previously overlooked.

Scenes Ten & Eleven:

This pathetic male slave turns to doing yard work, and quits only when a new bow saw is needed to remove heavier limbs, and as a reward, playing moreEscalation! The scene begins after Saki and the protagonist both finish dinner, and this pathetic male slave is impressed when the protagonist properly greets his Mistress. The scene then turns towards CBT, which doesn't appeal to this pathetic male slave, yet does not turn them off, either. Saki decides to make a point about dominating the protagonist in heart and soul which eventually leads to, OH GROSS! Saki drools in the main character's mouth! Talk about one time a spoiler tag is needed to prevent readers from getting grossed-out! Why didn't the protagonist use a safeword?! This pathetic male slave uses their hand to shield their eyes from the monitor much like a favorite New Zealander would do upon seeing even so much as a fully-dressed anime girl. The scene only gets worse, confirming that there's nothing subliminal about Escalation! The latter half gets better with more CBT along with light SPH which is not only something preferable to what just happened earlier, but also is interesting on top of Mistress Saki repeatedly slapping the protagonist in addition to escalating the verbal abuse, making one wonder if this is how this visual novel got the name Escalation!

Scenes Twelve & Thirteen:

Upon waking up, this pathetic male slave fires-up Escalation! after starting the diamond timer in Crush Crush, and the scene immediately makes this pathetic male slave's heart skip when Saki produces a strap-on dildo to presumably use on the protagonist. The last time there was such a kinky scene in a visual novel, the VN in question was too nasty to give anything but a negative recommendation for, but with all of the right words by Saki in addition to the sheer kink of the situation, this pathetic male slave totally forgets about the two "gross out scenes" and melts at the thought of being penetrated by a dominant woman. This pathetic male slave feels a little empty inside without a dominant woman to please, but otherwise feels very happy at how much better their own house and yard looks ever since acquiring Escalation!

Scenes Fourteen & Fifteen:

From meticulous house cleaning to meticulous hair removal, the time is now to play Escalation! The scene starts with CFNM rope bondage, and Saki goes on to produce a riding crop. This pathetic male slave had doubts about the effectiveness of riding crops, but all doubts went away after the protagonist goes on to use the safeword. It takes multiple times before Saki respects the safeword, which is a bit of a turn-off, but one has to remember this isn't real life, but thankfully Saki makes it up to the protagonist in the form of a handjob. Given the graphical effect of the riding crop, anyone who has played Escalation! up to this point will absolutely want to experience a riding crop on their own bare bottom. (The reader has problems if they've been reading from the very beginning and has no interest in having a riding crop used on themselves by a dominant woman.)

Scene Twenty-Nine:

A day of playing was lost due to having to download the beta build so as to be most helpful to the wonderful developer who made Escalation! along with more housework, which is mostly just detailing at this point. Taking a break for breakfast, this pathetic male slave fires up Escalation!, and amazingly the game isn't a kinetic visual novel! The protagonist totally surrenders themselves to Saki, who's now listed as goddess. The scene features the main character being milked in a compromising position while Saki talks on the phone. As expected, the protagonist climaxes too soon, and Saki's angry words prove stimulating to the player... Now if only we had some more light outside so more yard work can be done... Whoa, that interesting woman known to this pathetic male slave said something about an e-mail.

More of Scene Twenty-Nine:

WHOA, a male chastity device in a Steam game? This pathetic male slave immediately alt-tabs out of game to go shopping for one of their own, but after a website loads, it's time to go back in game. It's a turn-off to see the protagonist be so slow to present his junk, but it's great seeing the protagonist become so motivated after wearing the chastity device for awhile. This
pathetic male slave finishes playing for the day to order the product in question, hoping it'll also motivate themselves despite the needed security of a strong woman as the keyholder.

Scene Thirty:

This pathetic male slave rewards themself by taking a long shower and firing up Escalation! after doing more cleaning and dusting around the house. The protagonist shows improvement just as Saki removes the protagonist's chastity device. Something seems more forgivable than before when the protagonist disobediently moans after Saki instructed the protagonist not to moan. For once, this pathetic male slave decides against playing with themself for three days like the protagonist.

Scene Thirty-One:

Maybe chastity was a bad idea? It's only been a day, and even if only pictures and videos of dominant women are arousing anymore, it's far too much to take, but a review of Escalation! is needed! Talk about a bad scene to decide to be chaste! Saki gives the protagonist his reward! The mood is killed a bit when the protagonist becomes disobedient, and this pathetic male slave wonders why Saki
didn't use the flogger on the protagonist, but Saki does something far more punishing, proving why people should be obedient to women. (The thing that's done is orgasm denial.)

Scenes Thirty-Two and Thirty-Three:

This pathetic male slave wakes up early in the morning to prepare the front hallway to be swept and mopped, then has a light breakfast, and fires up Escalation! only to be made jealous of wanting to sleep in a closet of a dominant woman. The protagonist is made to wear a mask far more restrictive than the mere blindfold which also makes it difficult to breathe. What happens next is a hard limit on account of asthma (at least the scene isn't as gross as the other hard limit featured!) but this pathetic male slave watches aroused as for what happens next. When Saki truly gives the protagonist his reward.... WHOA! Saki removes her top and bottom and they both go at it! The scene does feel a bit awkward on account of how there's penetrative sex but the scene really gets hot when both Saki and the protagonist both climax with Saki truly enjoying herself. This pathetic male slave gets a heartwarming sensation when the protagonist is once again sent back to the closet and has his weenie locked-up again. There's too much not yet witnessed in Escalation! but the other choice in Scene Twenty-Nine is for another time. (Although it's obvious between being tied-up or penetrated from behind by a woman that it's time to bend over.)

After so many cute, trashy, and even one nasty visual novel that it took Escalation! to show how much better life is when women decide when and how a pathetic male slave can climax and males are expected to be totally hairless and have their genitals under lock and key. This pathetic male slave never thought they would ever be locking up their own body parts and mailing the key to the aforementioned exciting woman, but it will happen once the chastity device arrives. (Darn the timing of the ending!)
