Cutscenes running too fast

When i started the game, the cutscenes were rediculously faster than the audio and they need to be fixed.

the game is dependent on you not having a very high frame rate. i know what you mean as ive got this problem right now.

Idk for amd but this is wahat I did with my NVIDIA card
>go to the NVIDIA control pannel
>Go to "manage 3D settings" and select "program setting"
>add BGE to the list and scroll down to the bottom
>When you find "vertical sync" either choose on or adaptive to lock your fps to 60
Dont forget to ajust your setting in-game too

To fix this problem you need to run the game at 60 FPS. It matters because when I run it at 144 like what my screen supports the cut seens audio runs too fast. The game was only meant to run at 60 FPS.
