The only graphical issue I've noticed after 10 minutes of playing just now is that the UI flickers quite a bit, seeing what I can figure out now. I have all the settings up as high as they'll go.
Windows 10 Home 64bit
8gb RAM
Intel Core i5-3570k @ 3.4ghz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 680

Workes for me :)

Btw: if you wonder how you can change the settings after the first start of the game
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Beyond Good and Evil\SettingsApplication.exe
The first issue being some texture flickering. This can be solved by disabling HW Vertex Processing in the advanced settings.
The second issue is that the framerate isn't steady at all, and the performance hits are all over the place. During most gameplay and cutscenes I'm at 55-60 FPS, boss fights between 25-45 FPS, and 15-25 FPS upon entering the main city.
Other than that it plays well. My specs:
-Windows 10 Home 64-bit
-8GB RAM
-i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
-GTX 960
You can use Xpadder or Pinnacle to emulate and map the keyboard controls to your controller, I did it when I played the pc version years ago.
