Eu não estou conseguindo mudar a resolução e a taxa de frame rate do jogo, muito menos os graficos, alguem sabe um patch ou algo q pode me ajudar??

Run game through library, you'll get a choice between "Play" and "Settings". First page is videocard, resolution and FPS (use 60).

Welcome to the club. It's the same old error because of wrongly set registry.

Try to set the different language in Steam - Game properties (and return English back afterwards). Maybe it will help. Maybe not. No one still answered. :)
