audio out of sync

been over a decade since i tried playing this game (back then i tried on console i think?) but with the announcement of BGE2 i wanted to revisit this universe and play through one more time for a refresher, though for the life of me i cannot figure out how to fix the audio that is out of sync, and the cutscenes seem to look really fast.. im running on windows 7, have tried disabling things others have recomended through google, also tried setting my refresh rate to 60hz and still no fix for the audio, and that really bothers me i can see lips moving but then 5+secondes later i finally hear audio/voices. If anyone knows of a work around for this for modern day setup please help. Im on windows 7 pro, 32gb ddr4, core i7 6700, gtx 1080, 500gb ssd, all latest drivers

Same here at Windows 10, i7 4770K, 16GB DDR3, GTX1080, 480GB SSD. Also getting visual glitches.

Ubisoft, please fix it, this game deserves to be replayed.
