How to get the 45th pearl?

I have a physical copy of BG&E for PS2 and I've completed a couple of times, but I recently bought BG&E for PC, and I wanted to complete it 100%.
So, I just got all the pearls from the Vorax treasure volcano, and I only had two left: pearl number 5 and 45. I didn't complete the Francis challenge in Akuda Bar, so I knew one of the pearls were from him, but I didn't know the other one. I googled it, and it said "The second pearl from Francis challenge", and that I could get it after I finish the Slaughterhouse part. As I said, I already got all the pearls from the Vorax volcano thingy, which means I already completed the Slaughterhouse part. I just beat him once and got one pearl, but I can't seem to get the other one. Do I have to wait?

Definitely not. But maybe other part of zone? I beat it too far already, but my hazy memory says it was one pearl accessible _after_ boss beating, somewhere down (maybe at the start zone?)

When you say boss, do you mean the caterpillar thing? I already beat it, and it was before I beat Rufus once

Ah, you beaten caterpillar. Ok.

Nevermind, checked pearl guide. It seems, both pearls are from disc game. I remember that I got everything from him in one go, but I can be wrong. Hmm... Try to leave the zone and return?

Hmm, for some mysterious reason I cannot see in the walkthru the "special" gem... Ah, it's M-Disc. Sorry.

I already tried to leave the zone, and it didn't work. I'll just finish it 100% another time
