i played starwars squadrons in vr and loved it but the game kinda died

i even got a full HOTAS setup for squadrons but by the time i got all of the stuff the wait time per game was over 20 minutes.

so i was looking for another space fighting vr game to play

Hey zman,

We have a lot of Star Citizen and Elite Dangerous pilots in our community but we recently started seeing more Star Wars Squadrons pilots joining us.

The game has very good HOTAS support (as well as HOSAS and many other hardware combinations). The multiplayer is not match based so you can hop on to any of our six dedicated servers spread out across the globe right away. The community is still small but we have a game log on the discord and you can be notified when someone else joins a server. There is also AI available to fly with all of the time. We have a pretty lively community on discord and the alpha is free so you really have nothing to lose.

I'm planning on buying a VR headset later this year when I visit my folks in the US. The game already supports Track IR and padlock and I really want to add VR support to the list.

Just a heads up, VR support is now live in Hunternet Starfighter. I wasn't sure what to expect not being a VR pilot before this, but boy was I happily surprised. Hunternet Starfighter in VR is freaking awesome and is now my preferred way to fly. Cheers! o7

Virtual Reality awesomeness in these games is pretty much awesome...

Space flight in VR is every child of the 70's and 80's dream come true. You grew up on films and sc-fi series of around that time, now is the chance to live a piece of it again with games like this in virtual reality.

It's great to read you guys are also excited about VR. The first time I saw Hunternet in VR it really blew my mind.

You can back the game on our main site at hunternet.gg to gain access before we enter Steam Early Access. Drop by the discord if you have any questions. You can track the progress more closely there and see if its far enough now that you are ready to back it. I also recommend wishlisting on steam to get notified of major updates. Cheers!
