Invalid username and/or password

I can't login in game to play multiplayer game. Does anybody has same problem? Have you any idea about solution?

Same problem here. Just tried it and it gives me the "Invalid username and/or password". I know both are correct.

Why Ubisoft's guys doen't fix this problem?

Hey guys, go to ubisoft's website and register a username and password. Use that username and password at the main screen log in when you load rainbow six 2. Sometimes I have to be logged in at ubisoft's website and logged in the game at the same time to be able to coop. There are downloads you can get where you go into the game files and change stuff around to fix this but I don't feel comfortable. You've got to realize you got the game for ten bucks, its five years old, and probably not actively supported anymore.

Wasn't working for me either. So I exited the game then went to my Uplay account and edited a random thing (put sex to male). Started Rainbow 6 back up, put in my username and password and it worked. No idea why it worked but something I did made it work.

It worked all I did was edit my uplay account to allow emails from ubi and saved it and it logged in online in R6V2 first go. I guess editing anything and saving it does the trick. There wasn't as many terrorist hunt servers as usual up but I guess that is because of people having log in issues.

So for anyone having a problem logging in just edit one random thing on your Uplay account. That apparently solves the problem.

yeah im getting this problem, i just bought the game two days ago and i cant login, my details wont work and i even changed details on my ubsoft account, im now a girl apparently huehue. anyway.. ideas anyone?

I have found the solution. Since Ubisoft does not support this game anymore, you have to look for whats called your "legacy" name on your Uplay account. It's basically the old username uplay would use for this game, and same password.
