Running this in 2024/2025...
Yes, I said 2025 because it's almost the end of this year; anyway. How easy is it for this game to just run on say Windows 10, RTX 3080 on an untrawide 32:9 monitor given the game is about 15 years old.
Is there any fiddling about with things on Steam you have to do in order to get it running smooth, or like GOG does it just run as soon as you click on the games shortcut.
Having a bit of nostalgia after playing this on the old Xbox 360, and it's 75% off right now for a week.

You shouldn't have any issues running it. At least I didn't when I played it, but that was a while ago.

I find it works good, but the characters were doing some crazy head bobbing thing at the beginning of the game. And the mouselook sensitivity needs to be put down a bit.

Aaagh... could that be typed to the very high frame rates of computers or something? I know some games - the animation goes out of whack when the frame rate exceeds a particular limit.

Been playing since 2011 on PS3 and the PC DVD version. Just recently bought it on sale. Definitely worth it.

Win11 here, super standard medium end rig. I7 2600 and a 1070 Nvidia...runs better than the newer releases as far as pushing my 60Fps consistently!
