Trouble Using Hamachi

My friend and I tried to play coop using Hamachi. At first things seemed fine, but then he said he was getting the looping gun audio issues. A couple of online forum posts indicated that it might be related to latency issues. Since my buddy has a better internet connection, he tried hosting. But I can't see his lobby even though he can see mine when I host. Any have any tips to get this working? I tried enabling upnp but it told me that I don't have a upnp router even though I do.

Been a issue forever, it's client side so whatever you're doing is not gonna fix it
