After spending countless hours messing around with hamachi and all of the shaman type ♥♥♥♥ that comes with it, I.E. changing the region of my PC, changing the language of my system, setting the Hamachi Network as #1 in my networks list and etc., RadminVPN was the app that finally allowed me to play with my friends without any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. For those that don't know, RadminVPN is a program which is similar to Hamachi in terms of functions, yet unlike Hamachi "IT JUST WORKS" (c) Todd Howard. I highly advise those that want to play coop story/terrorist hunt with their friends to give RadminVPN a go.
Do you reckon you could put together a guide? So far I've tried RadminVPN, Hamachi and GameRanger without any success
We appreciate that this is frustrating as we are not currently able to provide an immediate fix for your connection issues, however we would like to actively work alongside both yourselves as the players and the game's team to get you all back up and running.
To this date, we have no official communication that the online functions have been completely discontinued and have confirmed with the team that as non Ubisoft+ subscribers, you should still be able to connect to the game as normal.
For connection issues we have steps in place to rule out any local potential interruptions before we can begin to investigate further, particularly if there are many users reporting the same thing, as while we can check the game, there are varying factors such as setups, connection types, locations, etc. We need to collate these reports for the team to be able effectively investigate.
For those who have already completed the connection steps provided and are still unable to connect, we kindly ask that you contact us directly via our Support Site[ubi.li] or you can also reach us on Facebook[ubi.li] and Twitter[ubi.li] - please attach an image of your Port Forwarding settings as this will allow us to begin looking into this further alongside the team.
Thank you for your understanding.

It's possible that everything is in place correctly but an older authentication method is no longer supported by the servers OR updates to windows clients have disabled the older authentication method. If port forwarding was a working solution I'm sure someone would have confirmed this by now.
Hello ehh_,
Thank you for getting back to us.
I'm afraid we are not direct game developers ourselves, rather we are members of the player support team. We do sign off to try and avoid confusion as this is the tag Steam sets as per the permissions.
We're unable to answer that question as that is information we don't have to hand, however we can certainly bring it up as a point of interest as part of the investigation with the team.
I still actively encourage those unable to connect to contact us via the methods above with the information requested so we can get the ball rolling with this issue and the team to collate the relevant information and work towards restoring access for you.
Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to know if anyone on the support team has tried to install the game themselves and setup port forwarding to log in - and if this worked for them?
