Hey there Murders187,
The official servers for Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 were decommissioned, so there aren't any official means of playing online.
Some community members have noted their own ways of playing online though, so hopefully one of them can share their advice here!

Why ?
Hey Ruby108,
I've merged your thread here for more information on the game's servers as well as some community suggestions to continue playing online.
- Ubisoft Support
thanks in advance
Thanks for reaching out bodo!
As the official servers are unavailable - it isn't possible to enter your key in-game to sign in.
There are some community options to play online, which I'm sure the other players in this thread can advise further on, but the official methods in-game are no longer available.

You just create a server, have the other person join you and then you can create a "LAN" game ingame, should pop up for your friend too.
Thanks for this Roy!

i remember many many years ago it was possible
Sometimes modders revive an ingame server browser like for the classic battlefield games or swat 4, but in those cases it's a mod you need.
If you really want to play with randoms try asking for players on steam discussions or find a discord group for that game.
Anyone have a fix?
