how can i play with others online ?

I was considering buying the game even though you can just play terrorist hunt and campaign but ive been seeing talks that you can play online still. If you know how to please let me know. I would love to play. I use to play this game all the time so as Vegas1.

The official servers for Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 were decommissioned, so there aren't any official means of playing online.

Some community members have noted their own ways of playing online though, so hopefully one of them can share their advice here!

You can use radmin vpn to play MP.

Just use Hamachi man, it's been around for a decade+ and has some secure vpn tunnels. That's what I use to play with my friends, just make sure you make it your default network connection when you do so it makes the LAN tunnel run first in priority.

As the official servers are unavailable - it isn't possible to enter your key in-game to sign in.

There are some community options to play online, which I'm sure the other players in this thread can advise further on, but the official methods in-game are no longer available.

You can usually use Hamachi, Radmin, Tunggle or Gameranger for old games like this.

You just create a server, have the other person join you and then you can create a "LAN" game ingame, should pop up for your friend too.

Gameranger has a lobby screen where you can see public lobbies but generally speaking you will only see private lobbies there for most games.

Sometimes modders revive an ingame server browser like for the classic battlefield games or swat 4, but in those cases it's a mod you need.

If you really want to play with randoms try asking for players on steam discussions or find a discord group for that game.

Is anyone else having an audio issue when playing multiplayer? We tried a private Terrorist Hunt but every player, besides the host, got an audio bug when encountering the first enemy. The enemy gunshot will keep playing indefinitely for everyone besides the host and it is deafening. It makes multiplayer unplayable.

Anyone have a fix?
