Unfortunately the game's servers have indeed been closed[forums.ubisoft.com] so online multiplayer and functions are now no longer functional, so it isn't currently possible to officially play with others.

My suggestion. Make it possible for people to host their own servers then. Clearly Ubi don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the game anymore. So why not let people do what they please with it. Or put the game on Steam for dirt cheap.

Well this is infuriating... I just bought the game because I wanted to play T-Hunt with my friends. This was the last game with an actual T-Hunt, and used to play it all the time on the 360 when it first came out

Well, technically you can still play it "online" by means of LAN mode via something such as Radmin VPN.

I know it's not "pure" online, but at least you can still enjoy the game with your friends online :)

They shut down the server that handles the online portion, but you can still play "online" with friends via the game's LAN mode with software such as Radmin VPN / ZeroTier etc or find communities that host games this way.
