No Sound
Heyo, got no sound ingame. Except for the Ubisoft intro. Every other game works just fine. Even Vegas 1.

What do i do?

I7-10850H
RTX 3060
16GB RAM

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Could you please check your Windows Settings to ensure that you don't have Surround sound or any Spatial Sound apps (Windows Sonic / Dolby Atmos) enabled?

And does this happen when using external speakers and headphones?

Got a pre setup PC. I checked, it seemed like Sound Blaster Cinema 6 is installed and activated some sort of surround emulation. I will check if deactivating that will fix it.

p.s. happened on Headphones and Speaker

Thanks for coming back to us, Kruxis - unfortunate that our recommended fix there didn't solve the issue.

In that case, we'll be able to troubleshoot further with the help of some system files - a https://ubi.li/dxdiag and an https://ubi.li/msinfo. The two articles I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.

Once you have those files, you can reach out to us via our support website[support.ubisoft.com], or via Facebook PM[ubi.li] or Twitter DM[ubi.li], to send them across, and we'll be able to use them to investigate the issue.

I'll try. Havnt used the Ubi Support since several years due to that one time i had to wait 6 month for an answer about Ghost Recon Phantom.

But thanks for your help and the infos, i'll see what i can do and send the stuff over via support page =)

As an update, if any other players are experiencing sound issues in-game, there are a few things we can recommend to try, but first, I would highly recommend looking through Microsoft's own support guide and following each step in this list -

There can be many causes of audio input/output issues for microphone, speaker and headsets and this support article by Microsoft, contains many common fixes for these issues.
