Controller support?

officially it only supports the xbox 360 controller. i have an xb1 controller and i can't get it to recognise it :\

need help with the same trouble here. need to find the propper information to put in the controller config.

After 3 hours of trying to config(outside of game).I just feel like this game aint my cup of tea anyway.So i juts refunded it

Idk it seems fun but i still have to get use dto mouse and keyboard.Its hard to transition.Andd my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ keyboard makes it nearly unplayable

Oh you go to steam support click the games click refund and just pick a reason why then if you have less than 2 hours of play you get ur money back.

Might be late to the discussion, but I have the Xbox 360 version, and the Steam version and I can savely say, get the Xbox version, it looks better and I´ve tried using the xbox 360 controllers in the Steam version, but they didn´t work.
But I still like the game, even with keyboard and mouse it´s still ok to play.

I don't think it looks better maybe if you have an older machine and can't max it out but I've had the 360 ps3 and pc versions 360 and PS3 if I remeber right have input lag which can lead to some frustrating deaths, and tbh if you're gonna play on PC you're better off learning how to fps on a m&kb anyways.

you have edit a file for the controller to work theres a thread about it have to change the hardware id and such i did worked for me

odd mine works fine, my ps4 controller doesnt though, have you tried using the controller mapping thing steam has?

You can just add the game to your steam list and edit the control settings through steam. Even if you didnt buy it.

Note:
