Can't enter CD key

So basically I opened the game once and when entering the CD key I had to cancel it because I had closed the window that showed the key. I restarted the game, but it wouldn't open the window to enter the key anymore, and I couldn't play online. I tried a reinstall, but the window where you enter the CD key still won't come up. Any solutions?

press shift tab and in the top right corner you will see the words CD key click that and it will show you

That's not the problem, my issue is that I can't open the window where you enter the key to.
