Smilers keep killing me in Level 2
I'm stuck in level 2 because these smiley faces (I'm assuming they're smilers) just show up on my screen and I can't get rid of them even if I use the watch to make me go back in time.

I thought it might be cause of my sanity so I started meditating literally every 5 seconds as I was walking but it still happened

You have to stand still and meditate until they go away by themselves.

If there is more than 1 smiler on your screan you'll need to toggle your flashlight and meditate.
