Concrete Factories not delivering.

I have 12 concrete factories directly hooked up to a large construction material storage. The concrete factories only deliver when the are completely full, and hardly any concrete is coming through.

Concrete factories are change a couple fixes ago. Now they feed the needed factories first and when full they start to send the storage. Before they don't care the request correctly and sent most of the products to storage so factories and spaceship repair and also adamantium drill can't get the concrete.

There seems to be an input rate limit for each building but not really for collection/distribution centers.

Having multiple material storage buildings will increase the demand for concrete output.

Alternatively you can put a collection center down to take the concrete with a distribution center sending it to storage. You may need to separate some of your concrete production and use different roads because their output may still be too high and roads will be clogged, likely possible after fixing the ship part that boosts concrete output per cycle.
