Deliveries not completing when full truck not required
I'm trying to repair the Artemis and require 75 chips, 75 nanotups and 100 green science. My trucks hold 2 of each item, but only 74 are being delivered. 100 green science was delivered. So if a truck can't deliver a full load it's not delivering anything.

EDIT: This caused the issue I believe: "Fixed an issue where buildings requested resources even if they didn't have enough space for a full truck load"

Same problem.

Spaceship Construction Facility stuck at:

348 Aluminum
249 Electronics
249 Plastic

No trucks are being send.

EDIT: Using Distribution Centers also doesn't work

I'm getting a very similar issue. I tried with a different part and it's still stopping short. I was just about to make a thread when I saw this one at the top.

Edit: In the screenshot (above), one of the components is stuck at 99 of 250 - which may be a vestige of the previous ship part that wouldn't complete which stopped at 99 of 100.

This mod will only work if you play on Easy. On medium trucks carry 2 items, not 1 or 3. Also it appears to be fixed as my repairs completed today.

This is far more preferable than not having the objective complete at all, but I wanted to bring it forward for the developers' consideration.

It looks like the Adamantine Drill may still have the bug. I've been stuck at 33 of 35 Methane for a while, now.

Quick update for @Dionic Software -

As mentioned in my previous post, the Adamantine Drill stayed stuck at 33/35 and so I caved in and ran a methane pipe over to it (I was attempting to play purely with vehicle transport). Sure enough, the piping worked and the drill started running.

My appraisal of that particular issue is that the Drill doesn't appear to store excess methane. I'll need to boot the game and look again, but that's what I seem to recall)
