How to see city level?

Silly question, but where does it show your city level? I had something come up in the tutorial about it, but now I can't seem to find where it shows my current city level.

The best I know to do is to look at the shuttle port's "average habitat" and say that my city level is equal to the first digit. It's not exactly right, though.. as you need a certain amount of citizens per level to actually achieve the level.

They should definitely add back the City Level tab.. or perhaps even remove the city level since it no longer governs research tiers or really has any effect at all on the game.
