Please add Chinese to the game

I'm seeing Windowed in the options when the game runs in fullscreen, which seems to be the opposite of how other toggles in the options work.

I downloaded this game on mac, but when i went to open it, it said that there was a missing executable, and when I checked the files there were none. Has anyone else had this problem?
