I can't move up and down

I started playing this game literally 15 minutes ago, I can move normally with the mouse and keyboard for like 1 minute in game then at some point the ship goes on the bottom of the screen and i can only move sideways with the keyboard, i can't move with the mouse at all
Do you guys know any solutions?

Are you playing a Squawk Block mission? Squawk Block missions only allow you to move left and right.

Sounds like a joystick/gamepad device is interfering. At the main menu, select Options -> Controls -> Joypad, and check [X] Ignore all joypads
