Can't find a playable mission

I have spent about half an hour zipping from system to system but every planet says im too low tier to play it. Lowest I have seen is 2. I just started, so besides the tutorial I have NOTHING to play. Help?

It's a bit hard but I think you can go to mail and play the easy daily event to get your rank a little bit higher

Thanks. We'll make access to missions easier in an upcoming update.

For now, there are three things you can do:

- Check your Inbox. Under the "Events" tab, play the daily challenge, weekly challenge, or Space Race (you can play the Space Race and the weekly challenge as many times as you like)

- Dare some random players in the League (at the galaxy, select your "Profile" icon (looks like a pilot's helmet), then "League".

- Go to your "Recent" missions, and replay one of the planetary missions (at the galaxy, select your "Profile" icon, then "Missions", then select the "Recents" tab).

Any mission you fly will gain you points, and you'll very quickly advance through the first few tiers.

I would recommend a mission finder system, that would automatically search for nearby missions that are playable for your tier, complete with a filtering system for more experienced players to find certain missions. It just helps streamline the process and gets players into missions they want fast.

CI2 theme was already requested as purchasable but that was denied because it doesn't fit other themes' orchestral style.

I do agree with this post. I found this game a few days ago and remembered how I used to play the old chicken invaders games. Although the second time I started this game, it took me around half an hour to find a mission and I just wanted to shoot some chickens and not spend so much time going from planet to planet trying to find a mission. From the perspective of someone who is new to this new approach of the game, it's not very user friendly for new players, since almost all the majority of missions are behind higher tiers and you can't play anything. So I guess this would discourage new players.
Either way since I really liked the old games I kept looking and ended up finding some missoins and now I can find them more easily because I am in a higher tier, but if I wasn't nostalgic for this game I would have probably given up and uninstalled it. Hopefully they would correct this for new players.
