Assassin's Creed

Yaaaay.. Creed PC port is TERRIBLE *updated*
Playing on a machine that runs BF3 and Crysis at ultra high setting with 40-60FPS and i'm stuck with 10 fps most of the this game.
Reducing textures / complexity / population have no effect.

I'm pretty sure it's a DirectX porting issue, since I have a DX11 card. Anyone know any fix for this?

Nvidia GTX670m 3G DDR Discrete, 2.3G I7 processor, 12gb ram

(update)
sooo I have a *not so great quality fix*... went and renamed the ACDX10 file to DX9 and vice versa (9 to 10) and now it is playing like a dream (though the result is somewhat lackluster graphics).
I guess the DX10 file of AC is either corrupted or they didn't code it to properly interface with directx 11 machines.

that's because now your game is running on DX9, and not on DX10. The problem relies on DX10 and this game's poor optimization
