I have this flag. I'm saying for people who cannot get it that they need to do memory 4. Can't you read?

I remember having 99 flags and spending an hour trying to get this flag. I gave up and went on with the story until i got the ledge grab until i got it.

Just for those trying to get it and struggling, it took me ages to get it after many attempts i finally got it. A lot of people say to hold the grab button straight away, dont do this only use it when your are close to the pillar with the flag, also i tried a running jumo from the pillar several times with no results, i eventually got it by hanging from the high pillar and jumping from there. Hope this helps everyone trying to get it.
