Flags not spawing

In the poor district of Jerusalem, I was following a guide to find all flags and templars so I could eventually one hundred percent the game. Problem is, I noticed one (if not more) of the flags strait up wasn't where it was supposed to be, and I purposely missed all flags before I was ready to hunt so that way I could collect them in one easy go. (Adding that just to rule out already collecting them.)

Does anyone know whats up or how to fix this issue? (even just a work around) I will be pretty peeved if I just can't since I already collected the kingdom flags...

Do you happen to have any screenshot / video examples of these flags having not spawned?

And may we please know which flags / locations aren't spawning as I understand there were still some you were able to see?

So far I have collected all of the flags from the first visited districts in each of the three cities, as well as the entirety of the kingdom and Masyaf. (Still have not checked if I all the Templars have spawn in the kingdom.) The only places I noticed where the flags were not spawning was in the poor district of Jerusalem. I first made sure not to collect any flags until all objectives in the district were complete and then follow this guide:

to find them all in an orderly fashion. But when I was looking for flag #13, I could not find it anywhere. While expanding my search I found flag #15. Confused, I decided to go find flag #14, but it was also nowhere to be see. I looked but a YouTube walkthrough to see EXACTLY where #14 was supposed to be, and when I visited the same location, the flag was not there. I have screenshot of location 13/14 if you would like to see them, (would just need to know how to share them) but they unfortunately wouldn't provide much proof as I gave up hunting flags and am now at the beginning of the 3rd Jerusalem sequence. If I can offer any more assistance, please let me know.

Finish the story, then replay Sequence 6, as the cities would be fully unlocked.

Those flags are a pain to find.

Hello DC Tears thank you for sharing that guide you have been using.

I am unable to advise on this topic as I never attempted to go after these collectables in the original game, but would you please try following The Dukenators advice and revisit the chapter after the games completion, as well as use the helpful interactive map and let us know how it goes?

We don't have anything on record to tell us that any of these flags were glitched or their locations in the original game, so I would advise following The Dukenators advice for now and revisit these locations later on as you said you continue the story

After finishing the game's main quest and going back to memory six, flag number 14 (the one that is on a rooftop next to the city wall above the area where you assassinate the second Jerusalem target) is still not there. I checked both YouTube and https://mapgenie.io/assassins-creed/maps/the-holy-land to see if I had the wrong location but they both pointed me to the same spot. I was however able to find flag number 13 (the one on a building side wooden overhang near the same assassination point) because I had be looking for the wrong overhang while following my first guide. I checked my flag total and had 47 flags after collecting flag number 13, which since I had also found flag 15, would add up to me finding all flags in the rich district (since I believe there are 33) and 14 flags in the poor district. I have gone out of my way to avoid collecting flags (although not impossible that I accidentally grabbed one, but I don't remember that happening) since I gave up my hunt, so I doubt I have picked it up. It could still be me and not the game, but I will have to resume my hunt and see if what turns up.

Thanks for the update DC. I remember doing something similar in AC2 I think it was with the codex pages or something similar, I accidentally picked a few up, and then when I tried to use a map I downloaded at the time, it caused me a massive headache when searching for the flags, as I wasn't sure if I had picked certain ones up or not previously.

Going through a second play through, I have already located all the Masyaf flags, Kingdom flags/Templars, and all the flags/Templars from the first district of each city as well as the poor district of Jerusalem. The flag I was missing did spawn this time, and I wonder if had something to do with my settings seeing as leaps of faith cannot be preformed properly without V-Sync on and the game gets noticeably glitchier without it too. (Especially when countering attacks) This time around I ALWAYS had V-Sync on, so I'm hoping the rest of the flags/Templars will spawn as well. I'm having problem with kingdom flags i was collecting them by guide on YouTube and I realized I missed one when I got there, there was no flag so I create new profile and start from beginning and had same problem but this time the location of the flag was different that wasn't spwaning 🫠
