Where to find the ".ini" file for Multi-Sampling ?
So I can not find any ac.ini file in that folder. Nowhere. Can somebody help me ?

Thank you but this is exactly my problem. I have no folders like these. When I go into the AppData Roaming folder, there is no Ubisoft folder neither a AC folder...I have only these files which are in the SteamApps folder under the AC folder

Because those folders are hidden you need to make them not hidden. They are special folders for that. Go here to find out how you can see them https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files

Or you not created or deleted save file.
