game starts with a black screen

when i launch the game it just shows me a black screen, i can hear game sounds and when i press enter or spacebar i can hear sounds too
alt + enter just closes the game and i dont know what to do :/
i cant alt tab as well

Will it change even if I restart the PC? For example, wouldn't it change by temporarily disabling anti-virus software?

OS build is 19041.985,
restarting the Pc doesnt work and i dont have anti virus software running

I've considered a few possibilities, but the full-screen mode of my game may not be compatible with your monitor.

As a hurry, please download the save data (userdata.sav) that forcibly works in Window Mode from here.

Copy this sav file into the save folder where you installed PICO PARK (eg: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ PICO_PARK_ONLINE \ save)

Please check if the game starts after that.
