THE GAME WON'T OPEN

I've downloaded the game like 5 times and it won't start. I press play and after seconds of showing that is running the game would simply not open without showing an emerging window or something, just like if I didn't press the play button. anyone knows how to fix this?

It doesn't show me an error. It just wont open. I have a MSI gs63vr 6rf, NVIDIA GTX 1060, 16GB RAM, INTEL CORE i7 6gen. It is wierd because I can play other games but this just wont open.

Do you get any errors when you try to run the exe directly instead of from the Steam Client?

There is no error when I try to open the .exe or from Steam Client, the game is just run and close immediately.

If you have not solved the problem of not being able to boot, please contact us at http://tecopark.com/test_boot.zip

Can you try downloading this and running pico_park_test.exe?
It will create several files named result_****.txt.
Can you tell me what is in each of them, or tell me if there is a txt file other than result_boot.txt that does not have "success" on the last line?
