no Tornado in 133 hours...
So I am trying to get the weather beaten achievement, my current town is in year 93 but I have never seen a tornado or sandstorm ever.. in any of my saves. They were all set to "frequent" disasters.. maybe that is the problem?

Also still don't have only this achivement after 310 hours...

In 1 save I have both of them (on 179 year first sandstorm and on 304 first tornado), but achievement didn't drop...
