everyone freezing to death at the end of winter

okay someone help me here, ill have 500 wood, and 500 domestic fuel for heating my homes, start with sheep or alpacas and hay cloths started right from the beginning and everyone still freezes to death on normal settings

Let them do jobs close to town in winter. I start with building house on the edge of the building circle, so they can get warm quickly

If you have your hunter/gather huts far away from the houses, or you have people foraging far away, they'll freeze before they can get back to their house.
