Soap Question (medicinal vs salt)

I wanted to ask, so I notice at the bath building that it says medicinal soap will grant a boost to happiness, but salt soap will grant a boost to health.

This is a bit confusing, since most buildings (like churches) will default to one resource or another, depending on which one is higher tier. (And usually both resources do the same thing, just to a greater or lesser degree).

Does the bath building somehow use both types of soap? Or is it one or another like the other buildings.

It does use both types but it needs medicinal to upgrade.

This is a very embarrassing thing, I am very sorry. This is a bug and we will fix it in the next update. Both of these can increase the health of citizens.
