Yes, I'm certain I have each of those animals available to me, they are alive and ready to be assigned. I understand after a time of only having 1 of an animal without it being assigned it dies. With the goose for example, I have them in an existing pen, and I can assign them to new pens that still have a "?" above them by using the separate out function but I can't click on the new pen, then select them as it's cut off.
This is the case with several windows I've noticed like the cannery. I can't make vegetable cans as it only shows the options of using wild vegetables, onions, broccoli, and I can barely select peppers as there is only a sliver of the clickable area visible, the rest are cut off. So even though I have tomatoes, winter squash, pumpkins, and plenty of several other vegetables that are designed to be used in the cannery, I can't select them to be used. I've played with the settings with no solution, tried to grab the edge of windows to expand them in any direction to no avail.
With the caravans, when choosing an item to sell, a search function is there, which has made finding items quite efficient. If the same was done for choosing animals in pastures, ect, it would be a great improvement :)
Did you perhaps change something in the settings regarding control, keyboard layout or display?
If so, try resetting to "default" and see if your problem persists.
I think i did xyz... oh wait... maybe not... XD
