What needs to be covered by police stations?
Regarding happiness, I always read the warning: "Potential crime" (which reduces happiness). As far as I see, my police stations cover all houses. Do they also need to cover all fields, pastures, warehouses, ...?

Anywhere seems ok, the Sheriff is like Columbo,Kojak,Morse,Sherlock all rolled into one. And just like the Canadian Mounties he always gets his man (woman or child)!

Thanks! But why do I get this warning? It's always there when I hold the mouse button over the "Happiness" indication bar.

Thanks, but sorry, I don't understand. "Potential Crime" means no crime has happened yet but it might happen. So there's no criminal yet. I guess this warning means something general. Unfortunately the police station is not covered in the help section.

If your morale is to low, hover over the indication bar, there can be criems. If you get a notification that someone has been murdered, the police marks the guy, and you can exile the murderer. Right now, only murders happen, BUT they only happen if someone lives outside the church bubble. The church nullifies all crimes. So the potential crime doesnt have to do anything with the police. It only says that from now on, crimes, so murders, can happen.

Exactly as Midas stated above - Make sure you have churches covering all houses, then that warning will disappear :)

Thanks! But my churches do cover all family houses, I just double-checked. And they have the 1st 'advanced' level.
