About the sub-routes.

I have just completed the main game Yumemi Ending . If I wasn't spoiled by the Achievements, I wouldn't have know there were routes for the other heroines.
I wonder if you can access the other routes by selecting different choices in previous chapters or they are going to be released separately.

The official site says:
The individual chapter releases will allow you to complete the main story if all 12 chapters are purchased. DLC purchases will be required in order to obtain all the sub-character routes and special chapters included with the full versions.

I don't know if the "full version" is the season pass in Steam's case. I have the Season Pass, so I don't know if I have access to the other routes now or if I have to wait until next week.

I am going to try to get Suzune route starting from the beginning. It is tedious, since there isn't a "skip to choices" option (or at least I don't know the key). Also, you have to do the battles and rhythm game parts again...

Yeah it doesn't seem as if the extra sub-routes are available yet, I checked with this guide[ps3imports.org] as well as a few Japanese sites, then went back and replayed it all but couldn't get any of the ones I was missing. Hopefully they will unlock this week but who knows...

As is you can also get the Kirara ending though.

I have finished my second playthrough from the beginning, but I didn't get to the sub-routes, but I got Kirara ending this time.
I noticed that you get some extra scenes that weren't present the first time. Some seem to lead to Ayumu route and also there were other scenes adding more info that would be too spoilerific if they were there the first time you play.

Well, I hope we get some info next week.

I think you mean that you can't play the special pack (the other routes). You have to select what character swimsuit you like more in Chapter 9, then the next chapter will be that character route.

You have to select chapter 11 "The Final Choice" and select "Both of you are really important to me" when the multiple choice appear. That is a new choice that only appears after you have completed all the other routes (Yumemi, Kirara, Ayumu and Suzune).
Once you get the true ending, you unlock the Special Chapter.
