Maybe you should try and write the dev, as far as I heard every attempt to explain the patch thing isn't working.
If they have a dlc now for that I would hope for a USK 18 rating.
What I'M curious about now is, how can you still need a patch if they made a dlc for that or am I missunderstanding something?
If you figure it out, I think the steam guys help too with that, please post it here. I want to ask them for an USK 18 rating, seems like one of the games I would like to play once in a while. Sorry I'm distracted right now and not in the right mood. I meant it's better than some of the games I saw or still know about after the hiding of the many games on steam.

Not sure how to troubleshoot for you, but would suggest reinstalling then ONLY attempting to install the +Outing patch (other version is for base game only users).
do I need to run both patchers if I have the outing patch?
