Issue booting up on Windows 10

I've seen someone else have a similar problem on another thread and i've tried their advice but I have no luck starting the game up. As soon as it's booted the computer screen flashes to black and back to my desktop screen. I can't get out of it until I reset my computer. Can anyone possibly help out with this?

Go to program files>Steam>steamapps>common>Rayman Raving Rabbids then right click on SettingsApplication.exe got to compalibility tab and make sure you select Disable fullscreen optimazations and Run as Administrator. Then click change high DPI settings then make sure Program DPI and High DPI Scaling override are checked and is performed by application. There you go, fixed

I own the game on GOG but when I did what you said and when I click "Play" it says my Graphics Card drivers are not up to date and I click start anyways and it goes to a black screen then crashes.
