So I wanted to add a portrait

I really like Hollow's portrait and it's a shame that it's one of the portraits not available to pick for yourself, so I found the folder with the portraits in the appdata and dropped her portrait there.
It obviously didn't work so now that my only idea failed, I ask for assistance - how do I do it?

This is a quick question, but did you enable mods in the options menu yet? Custom portraits count as mods.

Is the image that you dropped in the same resolution as the rest of the portraits, in the right folder?

yes. it's the image I extracted from the game files, 50x50 like the rest

I think we figured out the problem! Did you rename the image before you loaded the game?

yeah I named it like the rest of the images in the folder and slapped the next number which is 37

Try naming it something entirely different, and then reloading. If that doesn't work we'll go back to the drawing board.
