Jenny always asks me if the pink hair brush was found, but I submitted it to Claire so long ago that I now have Jenny's soul back, and the conversation in the apartment is still stuck on whether the pink hair brush was found.

That's a bug that don't prevent anything from happening, just a dialogue bug.

I also ran into this bug with Jenny, prior to finding the focus and link items Jenny’s like me counter won’t go past 3/100 no matter how much you engage with… Talking to Jenny in the Quiet Room and saying you found what you were looking for (pink hair brush) allows Jenny to leave the quiet room but every time after that the only dialog option from Jenny is “did you find what you are looking for? Not yet and pink hair brush” the UI for showing Chat/Sex/Exit doesn’t show up, just the did you find what you are looking for part of the conversation. So if you used the hair brush for the link in the ritual then Jenny is no longer accessible, Jenny likes me stays 3/100 and you can no longer engage with Jenny. If you use the other item for the link, and keep the pink hair brush, you can use it like a key for that one conversation, and engage with Jenny till she likes me is 100/100, but still never get her to be in love or willing to help you with the succubus. The Chat/Sex/Exit UI never comes back with Jenny as it always shows the hair brush conversation. The only work around to that was to tell Jenny you don’t need her for anything while in the quiet room so when she leaves, and having the key from before you can get link items and miss the conversation with Jenny about helping Claire but then again any engagement with Jenny after that point keeps she like me 3/100. I have tried several paths to work around it, like how it worked prior to the latest patch but still run into those issues. The only one I have not tried is to not talk to Jenny until getting into the quiet room after Claire sends you to get the link items and maybe getting those link items and the quiet room key will allow Jenny likes me counter and UI to start working again.
