Fifa 22 5 substitutions career mode

in Career mode(English league), if I do 3 substitutions in the game and jump to the results, I can see at the end, the the Manager sometime does 2 more substitutions(5 substitutions is possible). But I can do Just 3 substitutions if I play the game to the end. Any Ideas? Why and how can i do 5 substitutions in career mode?

In case you do single player, there is a cheat by fearless cheat engine, which allows unlimited substitues for the player.
