Career mode Budget
Hello, this game is the first of the series I'm really playing at, so I'm basically a noob, so please be nice...
My question is about the career mode, everything is going well, I would say, except for my budget; I see that I make 40 M profit, but can only have a maximum of 5.6 M transfer budget. But I don't understand why? I win the games, and therefore I should earn more, shouldn't I? Do I have to train more youth players and then sell them?
With my current transfer budget I can not yet get good players I think...
I hope it's clear and someone knows how to explain me how the budget works :)
Thanks in advance.

You can give yourself a huge budget upon a new start (500mil I think), on the menu where you choose the game difficulty etc. Or buy young players, play them and then sell. Or dip into the free transfers, as you can always find a decent player or 2 and then sell them in the next window. Fifa career mode this year has tried to be a little more realistic with budgets. It depends what team, league, cup wins. You don't just get money for winning a game. Think of it as the board earning all the money throughout a season and then giving you a percentage. sometimes its low, sometimes its high, depending on league wins, cup wins etc. also the league in which you're doing your career

Hope this helps

The other guy didn't explain it to you very well. Do not do what he says and give yourself money. That's cheating and completely unnecessary.

I've played manager career for 800 hours and never once had financial difficulties. It's quite easy to make money in this game, especially when you get to the top tier leagues.

You can adjust your budgets using the Budget Allocation Slider.

Transfer budget <----------> Wage budget.

Simply go to the 'Office' tab. Then click on 'Finances'. Then click on the 'Budget' Tab. Then adjust your slider.

I always keep my slider at 50/50 because I never use my transfer money. I always build from my youth team. I train them from age 15 and up and I sell my players when they turn 30 years old. Any extra youth team players that I don't need, I sell them, too.

It's as simple as that. And I've never had money problems.

Honestly, it's tougher in Madden 22 to make money than it is in FIFA 22. Probably because the NFL is the richest sports league on the planet and their players make ridiculous salaries. If your team is average, you basically break even.

In FIFA 22, if your team is average, you can still make a lot of money.

It isn't cheating to start off with a higher transfer budget, its an option. smh

Also, what you are suggesting isn't what the person asked. So read properly before commenting. Plus, you also completely ignored the rest of my suggestions. I'm glad the OP took on board what I said bc what you suggested wouldn't have helped in the slightest

Don't flex hours either, it means very little. I've played X amount on console to but I didn't care to say. Sad

Thank you for your responses, it's just that I saw the option of giving me this extra money kick at the start of a new career game, but I didn't want to do that so that I'm not too over"powered" at the beginning... I was mainly wondering how I could make 40 M profit but not having everything in the slider (I thought that if you make 40 M profit, you get everything (or at least 75%) in the Budget Allocation Slider, but it isn't, as I see.
