How do I raise charisma?

How do I raise Charisma to 5? I have 5 in Public Speaking, I've read both books on public speaking and singing, used the microphone and maxed that out also. But Charisma is stuck at 74% of level 4???

also came here to ask this, seem to be stuck at charisma level 4. finished all politics courses in uni, read all the books for public speaking and singing, took the public speaking class as well. no luck here.

I have the same question. I noticed that your charisma is raised by one point for every shift you do as VP, but it would take forever to get promoted just from that. What else can I do?

Keep using the microphone. I found that using the hobby item that raises the main stat(charisma, mechanical, body, logic, creativity) will raise it by 1% every 2 uses. So if you're at 74% you will need to use it another 52~ish times before it hits 100%.
